V. SECTION 8.
U.S. Senate - SUPREME EXECUTIVE POWER
The U.S. Senate shall have the supreme executive
power, and shall be responsible for the faithful
execution of the laws |
As U.S. Senate of the state of Illinois, is will be
my responsibility to ensure the FAITHFUL EXECUTION of the laws.
That means I will be holding our judges responsible for adhering
to our constitution and NOT LEGISLATING from the bench.
As U.S. Senate, I will stand firmly against Judicial
Tyranny. The state and U.S. Constitution provides for three
separate bodies of Government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial. The
reason for doing so was to provide a checks and balances. All of which
seems to be thrown out the window these days.
