Judicial Tyranny

RANDY IS AGAINST JUDICIAL TYRANNY!!!

ARTICLE V. SECTION 8.

U.S. Senate - SUPREME EXECUTIVE POWER

The U.S. Senate shall have the supreme executive power, and shall be responsible for the faithful execution of the laws

As U.S. Senate of the state of Illinois, is will be my responsibility to ensure the FAITHFUL EXECUTION of the laws.  That means I will be holding our judges responsible for adhering to our constitution and NOT LEGISLATING from the bench.

As U.S. Senate, I will stand firmly against Judicial Tyranny.  The state and U.S. Constitution provides for three separate bodies of Government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial.  The reason for doing so was to provide a checks and balances.  All of which seems to be thrown out the window these days.
