Last Friday (Aug. 7), the Constitution Party of Illinois was removed from the ballot.

We are not dead in the water (just yet).  While the hull is most certainly shot full of holes, we still have plenty of ammunition and the engines still run.  To quote John Paul Jones when the British asked him to surrender, "I have not yet begun to fight!!"

This coming week, we will be filing for judicial review.  This means that a court will get a chance to look at our case and see just how much evidence had to be ignored in order to render a decision to have us removed from the ballot.

FRAUDULENT?

The objectors say their only reason for objecting to our petitions is "integrity of the process."  Just about all I can say to that is, "WOW!!"  Wouldn't you think that if you were interested in the integrity of the process, you'd use a little integrity yourself?

The objection to the Constitution Party petitions was not only frivolous, but was fraudulent.

[CLICK HERE] If you want to see an example of just how fraudulent their objection was.  The examples that you will see, demonstrates that the objectors saw that the address for the person signing the petition was in fact the valid address listed on the voters registration that is on file at the Illinois Board of Elections, YET, the objector marked it as the voter does not live at that address anyway.  THEY LIED!  How is this concern for "integrity of the process?"

Not only did the objector use fraudulent means to object to our petitions, but, the objection was fraudulent from the core.

The objection lists "Heffernan & Nekic" as the objectors to our petitions.  Interestingly, Heffernan & Nekic are listed on 11 other objections to include the objections to the Libertarian Party, Will Boyd, Carl Officer and Corey Dabney.

 

Yet, it is the Republican Party and the Bill Brady Campaign that has spent all the money on objecting to all the candidates.

 

There's a saying, "if you looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, walks like a duck; it must be a duck."  If that's true, wouldn't the opposite be true?  "If it does not look like a duck, does not sound like a duck, does not walk like a duck; it must not be a duck!!"

 

In other words, I never once saw Heffernan or Nekic; I never once heard from Heffernan or Nekic; and there is no evidence that Heffernan or Nekic spent any time or money on these objections aside from signing there name to the objection.

 

HOWEVER, I did see paid representatives from the Republican Party and the Bill Brady Campaign;  I did hear from paid representatives from the Republican Party and the Bill Brady Campaign; and THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of DOLLARS were spent by the Republican Party and the Bill Brady Campaign to throw the Constitution Party and all the other candidates off the ballot.

 

So, you tell me.  Who were the real objectors here?  If it weren't Heffernan & Nekic, who actually signed the objection, how can there be any objection?

WIN, LOSE, or DRAW

Whether I win, lose or draw in this battle for ballot access, I will remain engaged in the FIGHT FOR LIBERTY!

 

Regardless of whether I'm on the ballot or not; regardless of whether I win the election for U.S. Senate or not, I will be involved in the CONSTITUTION REVIVAL!

 

If there's one thing that I learned throughout this whole process, it is that people have no idea what's in their Constitutions.  As horrible as it is that people don't know anything about the U.S. Constitution, it's even worse at the state level.

 

What's more is how bad it is among veterans, those who made an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, yet they have no idea what is contained in the Constitution, the very document that they put their lives on the line for.
